Features
Aging on the lees for at least 36 months in the cellar's underground quarries. Bright yellow color, fine perlage. Complex aroma of white wildflowers and white pulp fruit with notes of toast. On the palate of medium structure, well balanced between acidity and minerality with a persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif and goes well with all fish and shellfish dishes, especially oysters.
